Depending on which area(s) you choose to utilize and whether it is a weekend or one night event, we can customize a package to fit your needs and budget. All spaces are ADA accessible. We welcome you to come out and tour the venue. The pictures really do not do justice to this slice of paradise. *Additional fees for security and parking may be applied.

The Gates

The Gates can accommodate up to 250 guests. Price is for space only.

The Grand Lawn

The Grand Lawn can accommodate up to 250 guests. Price includes space only and requires the rental of restroom facilities. Can be used tented or alfresco.

The Lower Patio

The Lower Patio is included with the rental of The Gates and/or The Grand Lawn.

Careless Joe's (inside setup only)

Careless Joe's inside can accommodate up to 100 guests, 75 seated. Tables and chairs are included in the rental.

The Overlook

The Overlook can accommodate up to 150 guests. This rental includes the inside and outside of Careless Joe's as well as tables and chairs.

The Ivey Treehouse

Extend your wedding celebration by spending your honeymoon night in the Ivey Treehouse.
